Welcome to The Arts Society Corinium

The Arts Society Corinium is small and friendly, and welcomes new Members and Visitors.

We enjoy a programme of outstanding illustrated talks every month, except in August and December.  Topics are diverse and include sculpture, textiles, painting, ceramics, garden design, silver, literature, music, etc.  All our speakers are experts in their field and each one delivers inspiring insight into their particular topic.

Visits are regularly organised to a variety of galleries, houses and museums, gaining special insight through curator-led tours.

Our Society is a registered Charity (No. 1181505 England), being one of over 350 Societies across the UK, making us part of a network of some 90,000 individual members worldwide brought together through a shared curiosity for the arts and our artistic heritage.

We meet for our illustrated talks at the Baptist Church, Chesterton Lane, Cirencester GL7 1YE.  Refreshments are served at 6.45pm with the lecture starting at 7.30pm and lasting approximately one hour.  For a full list of our programme please see the list on the “Lectures” page of this website.

Entry for Members is free of charge.  We welcome Visitors, asking for a donation of £7 on the door.
